Once I selected the icon I was able to take pictures using the volume up/down buttons, but this also changed the "ringtone volume". This meant that I got the volume tone every time I pressed a button and caused the volume slider to jump up and down. Even putting the phone into silent mode resulted in volume changes. Also under "Uses" in the description it states the app can "2. CCTV and security video recording" & "4. HD video recorder for Android". There is no video recording function I can see.
